What to expect for your Senior Portrait:
Q: What should I wear for my appointment?
A: Please check your appointment letter sent by your school for attire requirements. If you're being provided a drape to wear, which looks like a strapless dress. Please wear a strapless shirt such as a tube top or spaghetti string tank top to have on underneath. If you do not wish to have your shoulders showing, please inform the photographer and they will arrange the drape in a way that is comfortable for you.
Q: How do I prepare for my appointment?
A: Please be aware that your nails will be shown, therefore we suggest having them freshly painted. Hair should be neatly arranged in your usual style; avoid extremes in hair style and makeup. Please avoid shiny lipstick, shiny makeup, glitter, etc. as the flash will reflect and make it white. We strongly recommend shaving the morning of your appointment. Hair, stubble, makeup, & tan lines will not be retouched. Please be sure to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time and be prepared in the proper attire as stated in the letter sent by your school. There will be no time to change when you arrive to your appointment.
Q: What should I expect during my appointment?
A: Your portrait session will be about 10-15 minutes long, you will have an opportunity to check your hair in a mirror, the photographer will make sure you look your best, we will take photos on both sides so that you will have many options to choose from for the yearbook.
Q: What to expect after your session?
A: Your proofs will be sent to you by email 2 weeks after our last day at your school, so remember to check your email for your personal link and watch for your yearbook selection deadline. *Reminder that your proofs are not retouched, yet, once you select your favorite image for yearbook and/or your order they will be retouched*. Retouching consists of: removing flyaways, shine, blemishes, teeth whitening, etc. Please select your yearbook pose by your school's deadline. If you plan on doing a retake, please do not make your yearbook selection until after you receive your proofs from your retake session.
